From application to enrolment, we are here to guide your family through every step of the admission process..

HOW TO APPLY

Follow these four simple steps to begin your child's journey at ADNI

Complete and submit our online application form together with the required documents.

Placement Test

Arrange a suitable date and time for the student's placement assessment.

Receive Admission Offer

Successful applicants will receive an offer of placement from ADNI through an Admission Letter.

Enrol & Begin

Complete the enrolment process and begin your learning journey at ADNI..

Please review the required documentation, visa information and school policies before submitting your application.

Enrolment Documentation

Documents required for student enrolment

2 passport-sized photographs (Malaysian students)
6 passport-sized photographs (Non-Malaysian students)
Copy of Birth Certificate with translation if the document is not in Malay or English.
Copy of student's Identity Card or Passport.
Copy of Identity Card or Passport of both parents.
Copy of parents' Marriage Certificate (for Non-Malaysian students).
Copy of previous School Leaving Certificate.

Visa Application Assistance

ADNI can assist with student visa applications for students from Primary 1 to Secondary 5.

Visa applications are subject to the latest requirements and confirmation by the relevant Malaysian authorities.

Important terms and conditions

Enrolment Policy

Parent(s) or Legal Guardian(s) must complete the provided form with accurate information and ensure that it is duly signed.

Any false, inaccurate and/or misleading information provided may result in rejection of the application.

Terms of Payment

Assessment Fee

The one-time assessment fee is required in full upon submission of the completed and signed registration form.

Registration Fee

The one-time registration fee is required in full upon submission of the completed and signed registration form.

Deposit

Full payment of the deposit is required once a place has been offered and accepted. The deposit is strictly non-transferable.

School Fees

School fees must be paid on or before the beginning of each academic term via cash, online transfer, credit card or crossed cheque.

Withdrawal

The deposit will be refunded if a notice of withdrawal by the Parent(s) or Legal Guardian(s) is received by the School at least four (4) months before the commencement of the school term.

Notice of Withdrawal

All withdrawals are subject to an administrative charge.

Full details of the admission policies will be provided upon confirmation of the student's enrolment.
